We collect only what we need to take and fulfill your order.
• Contact details: name, email address, and phone number.
• Order details: items, sizes, customizations, pickup or delivery choice, and order notes.
• Delivery information: shipping or delivery address, if you choose delivery or ship beans.
• Payment information: billing name and address and payment details. Card numbers are entered with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
• Account details: a username and password, if you create an account.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected automatically through cookies and similar tools.
• Messages: anything you send us through contact forms, email, or newsletter sign-ups.
How we use information
We use your information to:
1. Process, prepare, ship, or deliver your order and send order confirmations and status updates.
2. Process payments and prevent fraud.
3. Answer your questions and provide customer support.
4. Send marketing emails about new roasts and offers, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

• Website platform: Squarespace hosts the site and processes orders.
